Abstract: A task force with experts from the 9 constituent universities of Circle U. shares its take on Open Science in this newly released report providing strategies and key actions. Building on the latest literature and reflections on Open Science, this report aims to encourage institutions and decision makers at all levels to support Open Science, in accordance with their own context and specificities. It is divided into six thematic sections (Open Science; Skills and Training; Open Access; Research Data Management and Open Data; Open Source; Research Evaluation), each providing recommendations to stakeholders along with a set of actions that can be taken by higher education institutions in order to foster Open Science. These actions are diverse and range from high-level initiatives to capacity building and the development/strengthening of infrastructure.
